How do I request for a formal SAF Medical report?
You can do so by filling up the electronic request form via the "Request for Medical Report" link on the Home tab via eHealth. Your application will be reviewed and a status will be given (approved or rejected. An SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile number.If your application is approved, the payment sum will be indicated. Your application may be cancelled if you do not make payment within 10 working days of the approval.
