How can I obtain an SAF 100 to cover my absence for the medical review of my service injury?

Please contact MINDEF/SAF Human Resource Services Centre at CompensationMgt@defence.gov.sg. Please also include your NRIC no and name in the email. You will need to submit your request 3 working days in advance. If urgent, you may contact the NS Contact Centre (1800 367 6767) directly.
