My request for a Medical Report has been approved. How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via any AXS Station with the following steps: Step 1 Select button at the AXS Station top menu and followed by . Step 2 Read through the terms and conditions. Select to continue. Step 3 Select . Select the type of Medical Report corresponding to the payment sum indicated in the approval status of your application. Step 4 Follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. Step 5 Transaction successful. Select to exit. Collect your AXS receipt. Please send a picture/scanned copy of the receipt to med\_admin@defence.gov.sg, failing which your application may be cancelled.Kindly note that preparation of the Medical report will only commence after successful receipt of payment, and is expected to take about 10 weeks.
