What steps should I take if I require additional medical information?

If you require a formal medical report from the SAF, you can do so via the "Request for Medical Report" on the Home tab of the eHealth Portal. As the reports are chargeable, you are advised to check if the information is already available on eHealth e.g. vaccination history may meet your needs.
