Do I still need to obtain an SAF Medical Report if my medical information is already accessible online?

The medical information presented in this module should not be used as a substitute for a formal medical report as it only contains SELECTED information. In addition, some of the earlier medical information available in your docket prior to 2005 may not be displayed. Therefore, if you require comprehensive or formal information about your SAF medical data, you will still need to request for a formal SAF medical report.
