The Physical Employment Standard (PES) grade assigned to you is in accordance with your medical condition(s) and aligned with the SAF Medical Classification Guidelines. If you would like to request for more details on your PES, you will be required to complete a "Consent for Release of PES Grading Detail" form from the CMPB website. Once completed, you can send the form back to the Medical Classification Centre (MCC) via email to contact@ns.gov.sg.
