The medical fitness status assigned to you is in accordance with your medical condition(s) and aligned with the SAF Medical Classification Guidelines. If you would like to request for more details on your medical fitness status/PES, you will be required to complete a "Consent for Release of Medical Fitness Status" form from the CMPB website. Once completed, you can send the form back to the Medical Classification Centre (MCC) via email to contact@ns.gov.sg.
