The NSman is no longer employed by my company but a MUP claim was auto-generated for his ORNS activity. What should I do?

MINDEF/MHA does not have updated information on your company's HR movements. If the NSman is no longer employed by your company but a MUP claim for his ORNS activity had already been auto-generated, please submit a claim cancellation request as soon as possible via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService.

If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit the cancellation request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.

If your company is registered with the Direct Reimbursement to Employers of Claims for NS Training (DIRECT) scheme and payment has already been made to your company, MINDEF/MHA will recover the payment from your company.
