My NSman employee did not attend his ORNS activity and only informed me on the start date of the activity. A MUP claim is already auto-generated. What should I do?
Your employees should inform you if their ORNS/SV activity was rescheduled or they did not attend the ORNS/SV activity. If the MUP claim was already auto-generated, please submit a claim cancellation request as soon as possible via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If your employee is a Home Team NSman, please submit the cancellation request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.
If your company is registered with the Direct Reimbursement to Employers of Claims for NS Training (DIRECT) scheme and payment has already been made to your company, MINDEF/MHA will recover the payment from your company.
If your company is not registered with the DIRECT scheme, please continue to pay your NSman employee what you would normally pay them per your regular pay schedule. If payment has already been made to the NSman, MINDEF/MHA will recover the payment from him.
