The status of my MUP payment is indicated as 'processing' on the eService. What does this mean?
The system has received your MUP claim and is processing the claim for payment. You can expect to receive payment within 10 working days from the start of your ORNS activity.
You will be informed via SMS and/or email when payment is processed. You may opt for payment notification on the 'NSmen Payments' eService.
