When will I receive my MUP?

You will receive payment within 10 working days from the start of your ORNS activity. You will be informed via SMS and/or email when payment is processed. You may opt for payment notification on the 'NSmen Payments' eService. If proposed changes are made less than two weeks before the start of your ORNS activity, you will first receive the auto-generated MUP amount within 10 working days from the start of your ORNS activity. Any additional payment will be paid within 14 working days upon receipt of the adjusted claims and supporting documents.
