Why can't I propose changes to my MUP claims?
Your claims are managed by your employer on the 'Employee Payment Management' eService.
If there are inaccuracies in the auto-generated MUP amount (e.g., due to a recent pay increase), please approach your employer to propose changes to the claim amount on the 'Employee Payment Management' eService before the start of your ORNS activity.
Should there be a need to propose changes to the claim after your ORNS activity has started, your employer may submit the adjustments with supporting documents via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService. If you are a Home Team NSMan, your employer should submit the appeal request via https://go.gov.sg/mhanspay.
