Updated by MHA Foreigners, including Permanent Residents (PRs), who break our laws or engage in undesirable conduct may have their passes or permits cancelled, and be prohibited from re-entry into Singapore. PRs who have been convicted of an offence will have their PR status reviewed by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.
