What if the powers of the Public Order and Security (Special Powers) Act (POSSPA) are abused?

If members of the public have any allegations of misconduct or abuse of powers by Police officers when the Public Order and Safety (Special Powers) Act (POSSPA) was activated, they should lodge a Police report, or (report) directly to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). MHA takes a serious view of all feedback about alleged misconduct or abuse of police powers and will conduct a thorough investigation.
