For any loss of School Smart Card (SSC), you will need to make a report to TransitLink. A replacement can be done either online or at a concession card replacement office. Check with TransitLink for the cost to replace an SSC.

Your child may approach the General Office (GO) to check if their lost item(s) have been handed over to the GO. For item with identification, the GO will contact the student through her Form Teacher so that she can claim her belongings from the GO.

All students should be responsible in preparing the things required for school. Parents are not encouraged to bring anything the child has forgotten unless it is medicine for the child.

Please seek prior approval from the Form Teacher. On the actual day before leaving the school with their child, parent shall fill in the exit form at the General Office (GO). GO will issue an exit note for parent to show the security guards so that the student can leave the school premise.

GO will be opened from 7.00am to 5.30pm during school terms and 8.00am to 5.00pm during school holidays. We are closed on Public holidays.

Letters, Announcements and Consent Forms will be sent via Parents Gateway (PG) to parents. We recommend all parents to install the PG app via Apple Store or Google Play.

Please complete the reprint request form and submit it in person or via email. We will contact you when the reprint certified true copy is ready for collection. Payment can be made on the day of collection.
