When should IPC submit the Corporate Volunteer Scheme (CVS) declaration forms to IRAS?

IPCs can either submit the entire declaration form that was endorsed as and when a service is completed or latest by end January of the following year. Submission is to made via the IRAS’ myTax Portal.
