What are the necessary action need to be taken when a business wants to utilise the Corporate Volunteer Scheme (CVS)?

Prior to the event, a business partner would need to complete Form A of the CVS Declaration form for the IPC’s review and agreement. After the services are rendered, Form B will then be completed and submitted to the IPC for endorsement. CVS will be deemed utilised when the voluntary and other relevant services have been rendered to the IPC according to the agreement made prior to the event.
