For annual submissions that are not submitted within the stipulated deadline, it will be reflected as “late submission” on Charity Portal, even if it is one day after the stipulated deadline. This status is made available to the public. If a charity requires an extension of time to file the annual submissions, it may apply to the COC or SA, in writing together with the reasons, as soon as practicable and in any case, no later than the stipulated deadline.
