If the financial year end of a charity/IPC is on 31st December every year, when will the annual returns due for submission?
The annual submissions will be due for submission, 6 months after the financial year end. In this case, the annual submissions must be submitted via the Charity Portal not later than 30th June of the following year.
If a charity requires an extension of time to file the annual submissions, it may apply to the COC or SA, in writing together with the reasons, as soon as practicable and in any case, no later than the stipulated deadline.
