1. Child's living mother who has Care and Control[1] over the child
2. Child's living father who has Care and Control over the child
3. Child's living mother who does not have Care and Control over the child
4. Child's living father who does not have Care & Control over the child
[1]The parent who has Care and Control over the child will be determined based on MSF’s records.
If there is no CDA trustee, who will receive the Large Family LifeSG Credits?
