If there is no Child Development Account trustee, who will receive the Large Family LifeSG Credits?

For children without a Child Development Account trustee, the Large Family LifeSG Credits will be paid in this order:

 

  1. Child's living mother who has care and control[1] over the child

  2. Child's living father who has care and control over the child

 

[1] The parent who has care and control over the child will be determined based on MSF’s records.
