If there is no Child Development Account trustee, who will receive the Child LifeSG Credits?

For children without a Child Development Account trustee, the Child LifeSG Credits will be paid in this order:

 

  1. Child's living mother who has care and control[1] over the child

  2. Child's living father who has care and control over the child

  3. Child's living mother who does not have care and control over the child

  4. Child's living father who does not have care and control over the child

 

[1]The parent who has care and control over the child will be determined based on MSF’s records.
