What do I need to do if my child’s N2RR application is rejected or if I have missed the notifications?

You will need to submit a fresh application for preschool subsidy through the preschool from 1 to 30 Apr 2026 and submit either one of the following forms to reassess your child’s eligibility for subsidies: • If your child is enrolled in a childcare programme, please use Form 2 – Subsidy Update and Special Approval Application or • If your child is enrolled in an Anchor Operator (AOP) or Ministry of Education (MOE) kindergarten, please use KF2 – KiFAS update and Special Approval Application. Parents can obtain these forms directly from their child's preschool or download them from ECDA's website. After completing the form, please submit it in person at your child's preschool.
