What should I do if I notice any outdated or incorrect information in my N2 reassessment form?

• For outdated or incorrect email or mobile number: Please approach your child's preschool centre to withdraw the existing application and submit a new Form 2/KF2 application from 1 April 2026. • For all other outdated or incorrect details: Please continue to submit the form. These details will be automatically updated and corrected when the Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES), the Government system supporting public schemes in their conduct of means-tests, reviews and assesses your application. The HOMES team will contact you from this number, 6015 5700, if further verification is needed.
