Why don’t I see my NS benefits in the LifeSG app?

The LifeSG app only shows benefits that you’ve already received. If you’re looking for your National Service LifeSG credits, check back from November 2024 onwards. If you believe you’re eligible for the NS Celebratory Gifts, NS Excellence Award, or NS HOME Awards but do not see the credits on your app, contact the NS Call Centre at 1800 367 6767 or email contact@ns.gov.sg.
