If you’ve received credits as part of an NS benefit (NS Celebratory Gifts, NS Excellence Award, or others), here’s how you can use them with the LifeSG app:
1) Go to Home via the bottom navigation.
2) Scroll to the Benefits and support section.
3) Look for your NS benefit and select View details.
4) Select Scan QR code to pay.

You can use your credits to make payment at merchants that offer PayNow UEN or NETS QR.
