If you are the payer for your child's MediShield Life premiums, you can log in to your Healthcare dashboard to find out how much Additional Premium Support your child has received. Alternatively, please write to medishieldlife.sg/writetous or call 1800-222-3399 from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (GMT8 / excluding public holidays). Please note that airtime charges will apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines. Calls are free of charge only if made from regular land lines.
