How can I find out my child's outstanding MediShield Life premiums as I am unable to view it from the 'Outstanding MediShield Life Premium' section of my Healthcare dashboard?

You can only view the MediShield Life premiums of the dependant(s) whom you are currently paying for in your Healthcare dashboard or if the premiums are paid from your child's MediSave Account.
 
If your child’s MediShield Life premium is paid by the other parent or another payer, please write to us at www.cpf.gov.sg/writetous with your child’s name and birth certificate/NRIC number.
