What are Special Assistance Lanes (SAL) and who can use them?
Special Assistance Lanes (SAL) are automated clearance lanes which are wider and designed to clear up to 4 persons at a time.
Travellers using wheelchairs as well as those travelling as a family, including with the elderly or young children or who require special assistance, are eligible to use the SAL.
