Is there a validity period once I am eligible to use the automated lanes?
You can use the automated lanes as long your registered passport is valid for more than 6 months and you have a valid visa, if required. Your eligibility for automated clearance will be re-assessed during clearance at the immigration counter when you change to a new passport.
