How can dependants of IEO holders, who are issued with a valid IEO, take up employment in Singapore?

Dependants of IEO holders, who are issued with a valid IEO, and who wish to take up employment during their stay here are required to apply for Letter of Consent (LOC) with ICA prior to the commencement of their employment.

Please ensure that you have the following documents for the LOC application:

a) Completed LOC application form duly endorsed by the employing company

b) Letter from the Embassy/Organisation

c) A copy of the applicant's passport biodata page and the page showing the valid IEO endorsement

d) A copy of the main IEO holder's passport biodata page and the page showing the valid IEO endorsement

e) A copy of the Practicing Certificate. Letter of Registration with the local Registration Body, e.g. Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, etc, where applicable.
