Do I need to submit any supporting documents if I am applying online for a REP?

For REP renewal, you are not required to submit supporting documents unless you have received a letter or email from ICA requesting for such documents to be submitted to support your application.

For PR reinstatement request, you will be required to prepare and upload the supporting documents via PDF/JPG format:

  • Request letter to reinstate PR status;

  • Passport bio-data page;

  • Singapore Identity Card and

  • The following documents, where applicable:-

  1. If you are employed by a company:

    • A letter (issued not more than 1 month ago) from the employer addressed to the Controller of Immigration, stating the date of employment, position held and monthly salary; and either

    • A statement from the CPF Board showing the CPF Contribution History for the last 12 months; or

    • Income Tax Notices of Assessment for the last 3 years.

  2. If you are self-employed:

    • Income Tax Notices of Assessment for the last 3 years; or

    • A valid Business Registration Certificate (showing the names of all the Directors and partners) from the Instant Information Service, Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)

  3. If you had obtained Singapore PR under the sponsorship of your spouse who is a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR:

    • Original Marriage Certificate; and

    • Singapore Identity Card of your spouse.
