What should I do if I cannot complete PR formalities within the period stated in my IPA letter?
Applications submitted before 26 June 2024:
The sponsor or applicant may submit a request to extend the validity of the IPA letter via the enquiry form. Please note that extension requests are subject to ICA's consideration.
Applications submitted on or after 26 June 2024:
The main applicant or sponsor may request for an extension to complete your formalities via ICA e-Service. On your e-Service dashboard, you may click on 'View Details' then click on 'Proceed to Complete Formalities'. Submit your extension request by clicking on 'Request for Extension'. Please note that extension requests are subject to ICA's consideration.
