For applications submitted on and after 26 June 2024, you may request for an extension to complete your formalities via ICA e-Service. On your e-Service dashboard, you may click on 'View Details' then click on 'Proceed to Complete Formalities'. Submit your extension request by clicking on 'Request for Extension'. Please note that extension requests are subject to ICA's consideration.

For applications submitted before 26 June 2024, the sponsor or applicant may submit request to extend the validity of the IPA letter via the following:

- Singapore citizenship
- Permanent Residence
- Long-Term Visit Pass

Please note that extension requests are subject to ICA's consideration.
