What should I do if my Singapore Permanent Residence (PR) application is unsuccessful?

Updated by ICA 8 found this helpful

All appeals for Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residence, and Long-Term Visit Pass are carefully considered by ICA. We consider factors such as the applicant's family ties to Singapore Citizens, economic contributions, length of residency in Singapore, ability to contribute to and integrate into Singapore, and commitment to sinking roots.

If you have new or updated information or documents since your last unsuccessful appeal, you can submit a new appeal online via the Appeal for Singapore Citizenship/ Permanent Residence/ Long-Term Visit Pass e-Service. You must submit the appeal within 12 months from the date in your application rejection letter.

The outcome of the appeal will remain the same if there are no changes to your circumstances and you submit the same information or documents.
