Do I need to apply for a work pass if I am a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) seeking employment?

As a Singapore PR, you do not need a work pass to work in Singapore. However, the Singapore PR status does not exempt you from registration or any other conditions required under the respective professions for which professional registration to practise in Singapore is a pre-requisite (e.g. medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, architecture, law, etc.).
