Can a passport be used as an Identity Card when applying for Singapore Permanent Residence (PR)?
An Identity Card refers to a separate document issued by the holder's country/ place of nationality/citizenship for the purpose of proof of identity. You may upload a letter to explain that you do not have a Identity Card if you have not been issued with such a document at the 'Upload Documents' section.
