What if I do not have the transaction ID to retrieve my digital Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)?

The transaction ID can be found in the email sent to you, after completion of formalities at ICA.
Singpass holders can login to the FileSG website and view their digital LTVP without the transaction ID.
LTVP holders who are not eligible to register a Singpass account can contact us via the enquiry form to request for the email to be resent, or to update ICA with their new email address.
