What if I do not have the transaction ID required to retrieve my digital Student's Pass (STP)?

Singpass holders can login to the FileSG website and view their digital STP without the transaction ID.
STP holders who are not eligible to register a Singpass account can contact us at the following email addresses, for assistance-
1) ICA_STP1@ica.gov.sg for STP holders from:
- Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL)
- Foreign System Schools (FSS)
- Institutes of Technical Education (ITE)
- Government/Government-Aided/Independent Schools (GOV)
2) ICA_STP2@ica.gov.sg for STP holders from:
- Approved Private Education Institutions (PTE)
- Kindergartens and Childcare Centres (KID)
