Only the sponsor of LTVP holders who are below 15 years old will receive a copy of the LTVP in his/ her own FileSG account. This copy is only issued to sponsors who are Singpass holders.

Family members, who are not sponsors of LTVP holders below the age of 15, can still retrieve the digital LTVP via non-Singpass login on the FileSG website - by logging in with the credentials of the LTVP holder and by satisfying Two-Factor Authentication with the One-Time-Password that will be sent to the mobile number provided in the LTVP application.
