Only the sponsor of STP holders below 15 years old will receive a copy of the STP in his/ her own FileSG account. This copy is only issued to sponsors who are Singpass holders.

Family members, who are not sponsors of STP holders, can still retrieve the digital STP via non-Singpass login on the FileSG website - by logging in with the credentials of the STP holder and by satisfying Two-Factor Authentication with the One-Time-Password that will be sent to the mobile number provided in the STP application.
