Why am I unable to amend my name or surname/ family name in the application form for Singapore citizenship, Permanent Residence and/or Long-Term Visit Pass?
For NRIC holder, you will need to update your details via e-Service to make amendments to your name or surname/ family name before proceeding with your application.
