You are required to indicate all intended applicants and the product(s) (i.e. Citizenship, Permanent Residence and/or Long-Term Visit Pass) that you are applying for before you proceed to start the application. Once you have started the application, you will not be able to add new applicant(s) or new product(s).

To add a new applicant and/or product, you will need to delete the existing draft and submit a new application at ICA e-Service.
