How can I apply Singapore passport for my child born overseas?

To apply for Singapore passport, one needs to be a Singapore citizen first.
You may apply Singapore citizenship for your child as the sponsor. The application is submitted online via MyICA by using the sponsor's Singpass. Please refer to ICA website for more information on Singapore Citizenship application, including child's document checklist.
