What should I do if I would like to change my name at the time of citizenship application?

You are required to effect your name change through a deed poll/ baptism or religious certificate/ marriage certificate. Your new name must be reflected in your foreign passport. For IC holders, you are required to replace your blue IC reflecting the new name.
