What should I do if I have not received my PIN mailer or address sticker?

If you have not received your PIN or address sticker after 7 days (for local addresses), please request another PIN or sticker via the e-service under 'Enquire Application Status'. After you request a new PIN, the original PIN will no longer be valid. For overseas addresses, the delivery time may be longer.
