What are the purposes for data collection and processing at ICA’s Services Centre?

Personal data is collected and processed at our Services Centre to fulfil ICA’s statutory functions of national registration and immigration administration. They include—

1. National Registration (e.g. registration/re-registration of NRIC, change of address, etc.)

2. Passport application

3. Registration of birth and death

4. Application for immigration facilities –

  • Singapore Citizenship

  • Permanent Residence

  • Long-Term Visit Pass

  • Student’s Pass

5. Others – Application for:

  • Entry visa

  • APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC)

  • Singapore-United States of America Trusted Traveller Programme

  • Extension of Visit Pass
