What should I do if I cannot register my child's birth via LifeSG?

If you have difficulty using LifeSG, you may visit the ServiceSG Centres for assistance to register your child's birth via LifeSG.

The ServiceSG Centres can also assist you to apply for a Singpass account if you do not have one, or to download and save your child's digital birth certificate in your personal device.

Alternatively, you may email ICA at ICA_Birth_RBD@ica.gov.sg for assistance.
