I am holding a valid Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or Immigration Exemption Order (DP/ LTVP/ IEO) and studying full-time in a Private Education Institution (PEI). Can I continue my existing course with the PEI if I no longer hold a valid DP/LTVP/IEO?

Foreigners who are holding a valid Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or Immigration Exemption Order and are enrolled in full-time courses at EduTrust-certified Private Education Institutions (PEIs) may apply for a Student's Pass to complete their course with the PEI when their existing passes expire. A Student's Pass will not be issued to foreigners enrolled in PEIs that are not EduTrust-certified.
