The payment milestones for Student's Pass (STP) are as follows:

A) Payment for STP Processing Fees

You will need to pay the processing fee during the application stage. The e-Service for STP will prompt you that the application is "Pending Processing Fee".

B) Payment for STP Issuance and/ or Visa Fees

If your application is successful, you will need to make payment for the issuance and/ or visa fees. You can arrange to make the necessary payment once the status reflected in the relevant e-Service for Student's Pass is "IPA (Pending Issuance Fee)".

Prospective students of Institute of Higher Learning can make the necessary payment for the STP application at the e-Service.

Prospective students of other education institutions or schools can make the necessary payment for the STP application after selecting the school type and logging in to this e-Service.

The available payment modes in the e-Service are eNets; Credit/ Debit Cards; Internet banking or PayNow.

Please refer to ICA website for more information on payment-related enquiries.
